    2. What is the meaning of the ‘P’ or ‘W’ which precedes an item number? Products with item numbers beginning with the letter ‘P’ are published by ElderSong Publications. Products with item numbers beginning with 'W' are produced by other companies and distributed by ElderSong Publications.
    3. What are ElderSong Specials? We offer special discount prices on groups of ElderSong products designated with an ‘SP’.Click on Specials from the home page for a complete listing.

    5. Do I have to create an account to purchase online at eldersong.com? If you use Paypal for payment, you do not need to create an account. Otherwise, you will create an account with eldersong.com when you place your first order online. New customers check out and register an account with eldersong.com at the same time.
    6. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Postal money orders must be in U.S. funds. Foreign orders must be prepaid. Foreign checks must be paid in U.S. dollars and have a U.S. address on the check.
