ElderSong orders are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). Customers are responsible for providing the correct address that the US Postal Service will deliver to. We stand behind our products. Orders placed on eldersong.com are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date the US Postal Service's tracking page reports that the order was delivered.
