As a Certified Music Practitioner playing harp and singing, working with Memory Care Residents and having a full repertoire of songs for music sessions is really important! Most of these songs I know , but the memory jogs for me to add them to my repertoire list are awesome! I appreciate that this list has been updated to include lyrics from 1960’s popular songs, Beatles, Elvis Presley, etc since our Memory Care populations are increasingly from these eras. This book is a gem and a favorite go-to resource for activities in senior facilities. The seniors love it, and it often leads to impromptu singalongs! I can't imagine losing this book!
